Those games got punished as well as they recieved less sales they could of so your point? Consumers have a right to whine and complain it's their money if you don't handle things consistently expect them to not give you the returns you expect it's how business has always worked, wait until the markets they choose to focus on shifts or gets over saturated that's when things get interesting and they realize why hitting all markets is actually key. Cock ups happen all the time the difference is how each person conducts themselves when they happen, act like the consumer owes you something during your mistake and you get little sympathy while if you're more humble they're more likely to be forgiving, gaming is the industry that's more cocky which is a suicidal attitude as far as business goes.
