It's playable at TGS and releasing in November and, as you say, published by SCE, so it's hard to imagine that it's not. Even if the deal with MS closes before then, it won't void any contract Mojang has in place with Sony. But hopefully they've secured continuing support for updates, or else the Playstation versions are going to be badly gimped.
