I don't think you'd factor in first party and retail sellers cuts additionally, because to me it sounds as if that $500 million they've announced is already factored in. |

But no, they actually said the exact opposite in that everything for the next couple years came up to 500 mil. Making close to that in one day is pretty good when your bills are paid up for the next couple years.
