Let's hope, but in all honest, if they would give GOTY for a Wii U title it would be Smash.
GOTY contenders for me:
-Smash Bros U
-Destiny
-Bayonetta 2
-Mario Kart 8
-Pokemon Remake (if allowed)
-Child of Light
-Dragon Age (if it doesn't suck as the 2nd)
"Indies" with some chance
-Shovel Knight
