Why do "some" religious groups not accept Same Sex relations, but have no problems with Inter- racial relations?

I skipped the inevitable and very likely terrible religious debate to say I dont really get this post. Why would religious people have problems with interracial marriages? Is there something in religion about that? Any religion? Not that I remember.
