Or maybe because it's simply their honest opinion that games like Fifa, uncharted or Halo are much more important as Rogue legacy or Towerfall?

PS4 isn't selling because of hype (well, a little but not only), PS4 is selling because it has a great price, the brand has a lot of fans and because the hardware is the strongest and because Sony didn't fuck so much up like MS did last year. Not because people bought a PS4 to play Resogun and Rogue Legacy... And becaus eof games still to come.

It's amusing how some like you try to pretend that games like Rogue Legacy are as important for a console as games like Asscreed or Uncharted are and how you put every game which got a mEtascore in the same list as if every game would count the same if 99 cent games or 60 dollar games.

Yeah I bet if PS4 would have 10 games like Uncharted and XBO would have 15 games like Towerfall that you would say "XBO is the better choice it has more games above 85 META". Common...

I have never seen a person in real life who bough a console for an indie game and I see a lot of people who buy consoles for games like Destiny.

Indie games are fun and all but with maybe very few exceptions they won't be the reason to buy a console for.

You now the funniest part about all this indie games stuff since last year? The 360 got thousands of inide games and because of this sheer amount of games 360 has probably many more games as PS3  and Playstation fans said "360 has no games".  Indie games only started to be important when Sony got an advantage with them right?

Or maybe there is a real reason why these games are so much cheaper? Most indie games would get destroyed in reviews if they would cost 60 bucks.

Don't you mean to say that Xbox fans used to go on and on about indies, but the sec Sony saw the value in them and started REALLY pushing them (without the crazy restrictions MS put on them), now all of a sudden indies don't mean anything?  And the way Sony is actually advertising them in PS ads and at large conferences, yes, they do matter.  No one said as much as AAA games (nice strawman there), but they do matter to core gamers, the ones actually paying $399 for a new console.  Which is why most PS4 fans/owners laugh their asses off when people from other fanbases try to claim it has "no gamez."  I guess those 10.2M+ owners are playing practically nothing.

Also, ridiculous point about price.  Of course cost factors into reviews, it always has.  Most indies are much smaller than AAA games, in world size and game length/content, which is why they cost so much less than bigger budget games.  It's expected.  You wouldn't see a game like Rogue Legacy trying to pass itself as a $60 game.  Or do you not think people should expect more from big budget games they pay $30-$50 more for and has staff numbering in the hundreds/thousands?  Of course, many of these indies still provide just as much fun, and usually more innovative gameplay mechanics, as their AAA counterparts.
