Idk I feel like saying Mario Kart 8 but the battle mode thing is kinda ruined and also Pikmin 3 is a great game and it improved on Pikmin 2 a lot... but MK8 does have a much better online structure from MKWii so... I guess I choose MK8 because of the new mechanics and online. It's a close call between Pikmin 3 in terms of improvement though.
