Zelda first was so predictable...
I think Mario should always be splitted in Super Mario and Mario Kart.
With all Nintendo series included, my top would be :
1. Pokémon
2. Xenoblade (only 1 game yeah)
3. Fire Emblem
4. Smash Bros
5. Animal Crossing
6. Mario Kart
7. Super Mario
8. Golden Sun
9. Advance Wars
10. The Legend of Zelda
