Could We Be Seeing New Consoles in 2015?

Nintendo will have their Fusion platform in 2016 which will replace both the 3DS and Wii U.

MS if they bother to launch another console may go with 2017 or 2018.

2015 is too early. Maybe you'll get an XBox One Slim by late 2015 or something.
