I'm younger than some of these people, and I know about the NES, the games it had, its competition, and some of its add-ons. (Heck, my family had a Famicom at one point, and they bought the Famicom Disk System for it, and stuff hit the fan.)
By the way, Super Famicom controllers > SNES controllers.
