Do you think Watch Dogs and Projects Cars for Wii U will get cancelled?

It shows that you haven't been here for many, many weeks. Ubisoft already announced that Watch Dogs is the last M-rated game that they will release for Wii U.

I'm not talking strictly M-rated though; unless they can pull off another Let's Dance on the U, it is quite likely they will drop all support in the near future.

Mr.Khan; Black Flag surely didn't help the cause for Nintendo when it comes to their relation with Ubisoft. Even though the whole Rayman issue was kind of a dick move by Ubi, I can surely understand the thought behind it and they seem to be still seething after the relative failure of ZombiU to attain profitability.
