It's still the 4th biggest market in Europe, ahead of Italy and behind France. About 40% of the size of the UK. And it has actually been growing during the recession. PS3 has sold about 3m units there and PS4 is the fastest-selling console in history in Spain.
Of course, it's still small compared to, say, the US.
