I am pretty sure if the game was exclusive to the 360 or PS3, Microsoft or Sony would wait until E3 to announce it. The game is along way from being released.
Also, Sony doesn't have a 'drought' of games this year, like they did last year, so they don't need to announce this title yet.
If I was deciding what platform to put this game on, I would make it PS3/360 because SO sells well in NA. But because this is Square Enix, I am leaning towards it being PS3 exclusive.
