Microsoft should get Compile Heart to create a Hyperdimension game exclusive to its platforms.

Considering how Microsoft got big companies on board to make exclusives for the Xbox 360 (like Square Enix, Bandai Namco and From Software), I wouldn't think Compile Heart is enough. I think they need to keep contracting Mistwalker first and foremost.
