Having fun?  Really?  When "having fun" involves violating the trademarks of your partners (and a perfume company), and voilates the agreement you have with your PARTNER, it's not fun anymore.  Not only that, but in doing this they have damaged both their credibility and the Xbox brand as a whole.  Yeah, really "fun"!

It will be interesting to see how Activision responds.  MS COULD lose their agreement with Call of Duty over this "fun".  

I also wouldn't be surprised if the person who came up with this "fun" idea is out of a job now.

Try again, its not blowing it way out of proportion, what was stated is quite true, circumvention of the contracts "intent"  is no joke!
