@Bold:  Would you not say that is Sony fault.  If Sony was not wise or smart enough to advertise COD without advertising it then its more their miss opportunity then them being above it all.  It really seems people cannot separate the business side of games definitely when it comes to big corporations.  If a corporation doesn't do something especially if it favors them, majority of the time its because they did not think about it.

Think about all of the stuff Sony has done that MS has done first.  If they had any type of moral high ground they would never do those things.  Instead they never thought of doing those things or was late to implement them.  There is no moral high ground any corporation really adhere to unless it further their best interest.

But what if it was writing in a contract? As in MS paid for the special early DLC and exclusive advertising rights. So Sony couldn't advertise CoD, even if they wanted to. Even mick taking was probably too close or they just couldn't be bothered. They had better things to do like advertise all the games they were making or spending their money making more games.

*Thinks* Paying for online play, no moral high ground at all there for anyone, other than Nintendo and all PC games. Well done them.

Hmm, pie.
