MS is no longer in a position of power to dictate terms to indie developers, so the parity clause will disappear very soon...

They have to power to do whatever they want.. Sorry.. Indie games are NOT system sellers.  It is the benefit of the Indie developer to be on X1.. NOT Microsoft.. They are allowing indies to SELF publish and use all the resources a big developer can, and sending many developers FREE dev kits..  If you are sending FREE stuff to developers, might you NOT want something in return?  It sure wont be a huge cut of money.. as most indie games sell for $15 or less..  and don't sell in great numbers..

Would you rather have 15 million audience or 10 million? That is the choice of the developer.

What a load of BS. blocking a release if it isn't simultaneous with others is pathetic and won't ge MS anything.

Most won't take their time to include xone within their first release, they'll simply ignore the it.

As someone else stated. Considering the past like 7 Indie titles that came out on the X1 over the past two months debuted on the PS4.  This really is something that is barely going on. If the game is quality, Microsoft is forgetting the parity clause. They said from the beginning it would be a case by case basis.   If only quality Indie titles make it over in the first year or 2 of ID@Xbox then that is a good thing.  When THERE are few games available on both systems I would rather not fill it with crappy games that leave a bad taste in gamers mouths.  That is how you ruin an experience.
