 Makes perfect sense if the cheaply made Wii games are selling, they have more money to spend on the games they are making for the other two consoles that cost more, how does that not make sense?

 Because no one will buy them, if SC legends isn't at least AA it won't sell much, and Nintendo will continue to dominate sales, eventaully forcing companies like namco out of the industry

I doubt it would force Namco out of the industry.  If Nintendo completely dominates sales on the top selling console then third parties will go to a competing console and their combined releases would likely increase sales for that console greatly, possibly putting it into number one despite how successful Nintendo's console is.

 Yeah that's really helped the 360 and PS3 so far, face it the games that most third parties make do not appeal to the new blue ocean that Ninty is in, they're dinosaurs fighting in the red ocean

Well if that blue ocean is minigames and the like then I'll be more than happy sticking with the red ocean.
