LEGO has movies, theme parks, theme stores in shopping malls, etc. ... I think Nintendo might be headed down a similar path if amiibo is a big hit. 

Perhaps not a Nintendo-only theme park, but I'm sure Universal or Disney would be happy to work with Nintendo on a Nintendo themed attraction/area. 

It could become a central part of their business pillars with games perhaps moving into a role of being just one of three pillars -- toys/media (movies and theme parks), gaming (Fusion platform), and quality of life (which I think will be aimed primarily towards senior citizens). 


I wouldn't be against this happening.

THe funny thing is Nintendo does everything you've listed. But only with Pokemon

Speaking of amusement parks, why does Europe and China get a Pokemon amusement park/fair  but the US doesn't? : /
