Nope. This is the worst the PS4 will do until the ends of its life.

There is a floor that a new console won't fall below until a price cut, etc is on the way.

But even the 360 did less than a 3-5k baseline in Japan, and it actually had some japanese oriented games. The XBO doesn't have that.
