No, it won't. Also FYI XB1 has shown us it can do huge sales over the holiday season (2m in the US) more than WiiU's US and Europe launch combined, and certainly more than their 2013 holiday numbers, 1.95m shipped.)
That was with XB1 at $500, a lot of bad press and some pre 180's.
Japan will not make up the deficit in Europe and US, not even close.
