Wait, doesn't the OP specify the 3DS would never top the GLOBAL sales? Because that does make this an awesome necrobump, Ryan's going to be thrilled that his prediction actually came true. =D I wonder if even he was expecting the prediction that it would come true, maybe even forgot about the thread before the adjustments.

What's especially funny about it is that the 3DS hasn't been able to top the global charts DESPITE being so dominant in Japan, suggesting the PS4's sales advantage in all the other regions is even bigger than the raw global figures would suggest. o.o Kind of turned out that a win in Japan wasn't even needed to beat the 3DS. Whodathunkit?
