So far this year I've shed 16kg, putting me back in the healthy weight range after being 11kg overweight as of January thanks to a combination of catered University food, medication, and being so focussed on passing my postgrad I put my health on the backburner.
I had to quit soft drinks and fast food, and up my jogging to 3.6km most days, but I'm just about there; just a few more kilos and I'll be back to my pre-University weight. The trick then will be to keep it off.
Anyone else working on getting back in shape, and if so, what techniques have worked for you?
