deal,   We are talking about world wide sales,  and we wait until feb so IoI can adjust.   and if there are any adjustments after that, that changes the outcome it reverses and avi and sig control switch.

It's a deal. Renig goes both ways. Total avi and sig control is 1 month total (includes time before a reversal in case of re-reversal)
