How should Nintendo handle the launch of the "New" 3DS outside Japan?

Well, the title is the question in this case. Considering how badly Nintendo typically executes product launches (the 3DS and Wii U come to mind), how should Nintendo execute the launch of the New Nintendo 3DS?

I really think this should be launched alongside Xenoblade 3DS (it'll take a while to complete, though), or a title like Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, since they both take advantage of the hardware. They should also whittle down the 2DS/3DS stock while they have a chance to do so, as well. Having just the New line on shelves will really eliminate some confusion. And, I think they should learn to advertise again.
