I think you are assuming that i said "next-gen". I said next portable.It is more poweful and improved with the new analog indeed, better 3D and bigger buttons. Its basically an evolution over the 3DS. Wether its a next-gen, i dont know.
Actually, on that topic its pretty unclear on the portable market as the Vita is probably one generation ahead of the 3DS.
