I feel like half the hate is coming from the confusion cause the news came out of no where. I have also noticed that in many sites, usually the people are mostly pissed are the ones that bought a 3ds in the past 6 months to a year ago while others that had it for longer than that dont really care or want the new 3ds cause their current one is old
With that being said, I will be buying this day 1 cause I think the improvements on it will extend the life of the 3ds kinda like how the dsi extended the life of the DS and I think a lot of the people just need to wait for a NA Nintendo direct and see where its headed before they start hating it
