As of this thread being made, all but 1 amiibo is in the top 20 (but the 1 amiibo is in #22!)
All the Amiibos of Set 1. If nobody noticed, All of The original 8 is here (SSB 64) with Peach/Marth from Melee and only Wii Fit Trainer/Villager from SSBU/3DS!
