They did stoled 20 dollars from me today 9they charged my credit card and did not give me the store credit), so I believe they would do this and much worst. my advice: never trust Nintendo.
BTW, it is because they do not have EShop for Brazil or something... Funny, never been robed by a japanese company before, kinda cool i guess.
My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.
