Well, I'm worried now, this project seems to be big enough for SE to be their main FF game in 2015. I was expecting XV to be released late 2015 in Japan. Now, I'm not so sure.

Given they have nothing for 2014 holyday, they would probably want something before the end of FY 

Meaning they would still need a big release in late 2015
