The game isn't even 9 month old yet but if you borrow it from somebody you have to download the patch unless your system is completely offline.

Anyway as I said for your claim to be correct (since it isn't counting someone who played in march and someone now... It's counting the downloads of this specific DLC) what are the odds of someone playing the game now (for him to need to update) loan the game for someone else and this person also downloading the DLC all in some weeks? Quite certain it aint more than 20% and is greatly offset by the people that have the game and didn't update (I also didn't, with this are 4 people that finished the game long ago and didn't update). So yes 3,5M is quite the lowside of the possibilities.
