Do you think it is a good idea for Nintendo to put out a new 3DS so soon?

Mother of God..... Imagine having young kids too who don't know either? 

I expect lots of angry parents when kids say their new game "doesn't work" on their 3DS and being explained they have to buy the "NEW" version of the system.
