Pokken Tournament is a "competitive action" rather than a "competitive fighting game."

Of course it's spamming. You only use 5-6 different skills on each char, it's all about perfect timing and counters, instead of memory (that and quarter of circle)

It's not really technical to spam something over and over until the enemy does something you want him to do, it's cheap.
