Nintendo Garage (new internal programme) & new games in development

That's a good idea.

With this programme they are able to give their own employees a break from their everyday routines and allow them to join other people at Nintendo with the same taste in games and let them express what they can't normally do.

If they can manage the frustration of some when their projects aren't allowed to continue, this could provide Nintendo with not only new IPs, but also help them find new team leaders from within the Co. or move people from one position to another to get a make a better use of their talents.
