Anyway so i ring up and get a lady who i then proceed to explain how im locked out of all my psplus games as well as all my plus content over the last few years has been wiped from my download history and she says how gutted she would be if this happened to her, then tells me there is nothing she can do and says she has sent the issue up higher and wait for a reply in the next 48 hours, so i wait 72 and then call back and see nothing has been addressed and im told to wait another 48 hours for a solution. I then wait another 72 hours and ring back to the lady i got the first time who tells me to reauthorise my licences which does nothing she then goes onto to see i have bought over 900 items and says you have bought alot and then tells me to wait another 48 hours, so i wait another 72 hours, check my email and phone still havent gotten a call so ring back again and am told its still be looked into as a rare occurance and that they dont know how long it will take to resolve and that they will contact me which is a laugh as they havent tried to contact me at all. So all im left with is most of my calling minutes gone due to this and nothing to show for it and when i asked if i would get any compensation for the hassle the guy told me i would have to apply for that after they resolve the issue and just laughed as i know how much time and effort that would take and thought no thanks. anyway never had an issue with steam of which i have hundreds of games and xbox live on my xbox 360 and one, so im sorry but sony is far from this great company some people see them as, makes me regret buying all my mulitpats of which there is alot so far on the ps4 rather than the xbox one. They could of handled this way better but what ever. sorry for bad grammer, just very disappointed and generally want to hear other peoples thoughts on atleast the issue of when they charge you for a plus game and you have to still use that money on the playstation store and not get it refunded back to your account. I feel bad for the people that desperately needed that money when it happens. |
I'll give you some advice. Buy physical as much as possible and learn to love games that don't rely on online capabilities to function or give you enjoyment. Relying on the internet for gaming is like relying on a whore to love you. Not a very good idea.
