I always assume there is a neutral team, but with this many power town roles, I suppose WoW may have gone for plain town vs. mafia. Can't say for sure, I only mention it as an option because there are crazy ass concidences.
I said I have a hard time believing he tracked you for two reasons: you are not the logical choice to follow as WE said himself and I'm curious if WE was roleblocked. The fact WE has gotten "nothing happening" 3 straight times is what makes me start to question him. Please understand that isn't an accusation of lying but believing there's more to the situation than we know. Reading up on the mafia wiki, it says that nothing happening and being roleblocked are indinguishable for watchers.
