okay so we all know the wii u is not a success yet but lets look at the attach rate( What percent of each game has sold compared to console owners)
So i looked at the attach rate of games on the wii and compared them to the wii u, i picked 7 nintendo games and did not include sequels,
After doing this it shows me a few things
1.) the death of casuals on the wii
2) nintendo og ip games have a better attatch rate on the wii u than the wii
wii sports 81.2 percent wii sports u: 0.29 percent
mario kart wii 34.23 percent mario kart 8: 34.85 percent
new super mario bros 27.20 percent new super mario bros u: 59.42 percent
wii fit 22.45 percent wii fit u: 5.42 percent
super mario galaxy 10.97 percent super mario 3d world:31.57 percent
wii party 8.11 percent wii party u: 19 percent
legend of zelda : twilight princess 6.89 percent legend of zelda: the wind waker: 14.71 percent
donkey kong country returns 6.19 percent Donkey kong country returns tropical freeze: 9.14 percent
Also everyone that sais dktf was a flop, really?
Finally i think vg does not include downloadable games so all the games are probably a lot higher attact rate
