It's a logical scenario, much like moving Twilight Princess to Wii did make a lot of sense, mind you Nintendo at that time had no idea the Wii was even going to be such a huge seller and there were a lot of people initially upset by that decision, but really in the long run it just made way more financial sense. |
Nothing you've said, particularly in the OP, provides any logical reason for a delay. Of course, any game can be delayed, but you've provided no reason to suspect that it will be.
