I think is a mistake on the description (or at least I hope so), it is an attempt to show that Mature games sell, even if those are not developed directly by Nintendo.
OT: I don't think it will happen, the hype is too low and it has not reached the general public... unless they put a NINTENDO in big letters on the game box, the 90% of the owners of the Wii U will not bother at all, maybe it can reach 700k, maybe even less, just look at DKC:TF and compare.
