Monolith talent developed Chrono Trigger,Chrono Cross,Xenogears,XenoSaga,NamcoXCapcom,Soma bringer,Xenoblade,Disaster Day of Crisis,Project X Zone and more.

Retro is great but their roots go back to Turok on N64 then Prime series and DK.

Monolith has far more experience and has made some of the greatest games ever made.

I really don't feel like that's a fair comparison at all. You can't chalk up games to a present studio simply because current members of that studio were involved in making said game in the past. That's like saying that the Cleveland Cavaliers have two NBA championships because Mike Miller and LeBron James play for them now.

The last part you said is gibberish to me. Not seen basketball since Micheal Jordan still played for the bulls. No the talent matters. Retro's roots go back to Turok on Nintendo 64 which was good. Metroid was good. DK is Good but Monolith still has a lot of talent that made CT and those others. Retro has few of those people left from the Igunana days or Metroid Prime days. Most have split. More recenrly a good chunk work at 343.  So Retro's only real game to truly compare is DK and DKTF. Monolith can still be compared to past works as many of them still there.

Let me put it another way then. Imagine that someone is trying to compare whether Apple or Windows is a better company. Now assume that Apple recently hired a chunk of the staff from some smaller tech firm that produced something innovative. It would be incorrect to attribute that innovation to Apple, as not only is it an entirely different company, but the full staff isn't the same.

What we're comparing in this thread isn't what the current staff working at each studio has been involved in producing; it's what each studio, regardless of what members comprised those studios, has done in the past.
