as a Nintendo fanboy, my opinion why the wiiu is failing is down to these reasons

1. Forcing motion controls on wii users ( turning off a rebuy

2. Aiming. To be a second choice console( which was overpriced to be)

3. Extremely bad marketing, I missed e3 the year wiiu was lauched and didn't know about it

4 failing. To bring a Pokemon. Game to wii u

5, constant lack of steady releases

You call yourself a Nintendo fanboy and yet you didn't know about a new nintendo console releasing untill after release. I have never been able to see full E3 presentation of any major console maker though when anything big happeans I quickly know about it.

PS: The Wii U is not really failing, at the rate it's going it will keep the Xbox one from taking second place this generation. That depends though not on now only but on how long nintendo will support the console in relation to how long Microsoft support the Xbox One.

swear to god, it wasnt till i was in gamestop i saw it, i normally get my games at extravision(Closer to my gaf), yes i know ps4 has won this gen, But near 7 million units sold in 2 years i would consider a failure,
