I think breaking the glass and entering Maridia is what is clearest in my mind.
I had never played Metroid back when everyone was hyped about Prime, me included, so leading up to the release I decided to play Super Metroid, to see what it was all about.
Going from Super Metroid directly to Prime I had a great experience with both games.
