Best game to have never had a sequel/remake/spinoff/spiritual successor?

Is that game actually good? I always thought it was some kind of educational game or something, I didn't realize it was Rockstar.

It's excellent, at least from what I remember playing at a friend's house. Definitely similar to GTA though.
