Knowing Khan and speaking with him constantly, I honestly think Khan's just pissed off right now, and is speaking more as an individual than as a collective. Ironically, I find Khan's actions at this moment to be the most town I've seen of him. Definitely not saying he's anywhere close to being town, but I just see Khan being Khan.
