Your beliefs are, imo, masked excuses created by people to accept their own lack of success and delude themselves into the false idea that their lives are fruitless because of some other outside entity. 

It's not a belief when every statistical dataset confirms it.

There is a difference in looking at, say, poverty and drawing a connection between that and lack of success and solely blaming it. I never said everyone has an equal road to achivement. What I AM saying is, that the road is always there regardless. The only difference between the silver spoon baby and the man born into poverty is that the man in poverty has to work much harder and overcome hell to get where he wants to be. If he wants anything, he can get it, he just has to fight like hell.

If you wake up every morning blaming your waistline on genetics, or your (up to that point) failed life on being born into poverty, that's sure as hell all you will ever be. Excuses are the antithesis of responsiblity. If you believe in them, you will achieve nothing.
