If you can afford a PS4, I'm certain you can afford a throw-back PC. Well, you did say you were looking forward to buying one come Black Friday. If you do decide to get a desktop PC, you can get the AMD R7 260X. It's equivelent to the Nvidia 750 ti. It's $140 bucks right now on NewEgg:

You don't need to purchase a new PSU or anything extra. Just stuff this card inside of _any_ desktop that will accept it, and it'll give you a boost of up to 10 times the performance!
