Based on current trends, I'd forecast for retail-only:

PS4: 4.5m
XB1: 2.5m
360: 1.0m
PS3: 0.8m

So around 9m but with a strong pre-order to week one lift and including digital then it could easily hit 10m. It will drop enormously week two though, just as Watch Dogs did and should hit around 15m by the year end.
