I'm assuming you mean on PS4 (or one platform)?  I think it actually already has when you count game preorders and the white bundle together.

I'm pretty sure the white bundle is supposed to be included in that number.

Any way we can confirm that?  I've heard the exact opposite about preorders and bundles on this site? (And I could be completely wrong, of course).
