A quick google search shows an article which puts PS2s in 2011 at about 6.5million. That's about 0.5% of the population (at the time).

And even if the PS4 sells 5 to 1 in India it would still be 1mi Xones or +$400mi revenue.

It´s a market that is worth fighting for.
