If this parity clause BS held a drop of truth, we would not have already seen numerous games run at higher resolutions and/or framerates on PS4 compared to Xbone. Ghosts wouldn't have been 1080p vs 720p. Battlefield 4 wouldn't have been 900p vs 720p. Watch Dogs wouldn't have been 900p vs 792p.
